Regarding the gift of this year's Dragon Boat Festival, the company wants employees to have natural and healthy food. So, we select the "Love Nature" from New Taipei Ji Xian sheltered workshops. Ji Xian sheltered workshops are doing OEM packaging for natural and health food. They have a beautiful dream to produce more products of 100% natural vegetarian, not to contain any chemical additives. Therefore, everyone can feel at ease when they are having these foods.

In 2004,Yu Cheng social welfare foundations accepted the Taipei City Hall's request to establish the sheltered workshops, and provide the disabled a chance to return to work. This helps one to improve their professional skill and bring them a sense of self achievement. The first target is to promote all nature Foods. The second target is to provide the Mental/Physical disabled a job opportunity.  The third target is to help the Mental/Physical child to fulfill and improve self esteem.  There are around 40 Mental/physical Disabled, along with 12 Instructors and Technicians working together over there.

This year, the jury have reviewed and qualified the leadership achievement of our GM of Gilbert Chen and a good corporate image which are definitely able to breakthrough from competitors and successfully elected to be an outstanding business award winner. Pronology Services Inc., as an image of a capable dark horse in a new generation of Taiwan’s industry environment, takes the 14th Golden Peak Award among outstanding enterprises from Mr. Liang Guoxin of the Minister of Economic Affairs.

Ben and I visited the sheltered workshops. We saw silhouette of children’s happy smiles and “Love Natural” Products in the lobby.  We understand very well about every place inside the sheltered workshop, Production lines, storage and sample, through the introduction of Ms. Lin, the leader.  The kids are working very hard and focused at their work. Although they can’t compete with the ordinary people, they try hard to have the same life as others. We can feel the good intentions of the social workers. They make each child here well educated and loved. They are awesome!
